Review methodology

For a documented parcel evaluation, record: order placement and agent communication; warehouse check-in and consolidation timing; packaging inspection; dimension and volumetric-weight checks; comparison with catalog images; fee tracking; and shipping-line cost and speed comparison. Product fit or function checks apply only to categories with a logged method; shopping-agent service performance is not assessed by zipper or drop tests.

A five-point scale should be defined before use. The full scale is not limited to 4.0–5.0. A separate recommendation threshold may be set at 4.0 or above, but that is a selection rule, not the whole score range. Failed or below-threshold samples remain in the source log. A summary may explain its aggregation rule but must not erase those source records.

Sample counts, destination, observation dates, equipment, fee items, shipping context, and limitations must come from actual records. A description of this method alone is not a completed test result. Do not convert scores between five-point and 0–10 scales without checking each article's evidence and version; any conversion must be documented and consistent.
