Terms

These terms concern use of editorial information. Content is general information, not legal, financial or professional advice. This site is an editorial resource, not a store. Purchases, payments, shipping, returns and disputes with third-party agents, platforms or retailers are handled by those parties.

The content is written for adult readers. Content may be updated, corrected or removed. Material changes should be dated. Continued use does not waive rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual property and content permissions depend on the rights actually held. Liability and dispute provisions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law; no jurisdiction is inferred from the site name or audience. Terms questions: editorial@kakobuyus.net.
