  • About DgoBuy

DgoBuy is a newer Chinese buying agent, launched in late 2024, that runs the standard reverse-haitao flow: paste a product link, DgoBuy buys the item for you, consolidates everything at its China warehouse, inspects it and ships it worldwide. Its source coverage leans into Taobao, Pinduoduo and JD.com — a different mix from the Weidian-first agents most rep spreadsheets are built around — and the homepage also offers image search to find identical items from a photo. The interface runs in English and Chinese, backed by a multi-lingual support team plus an AI assistant. Its audience is heavily US-based, with the United States accounting for roughly 85% of traffic and the United Kingdom most of the rest. On cost, DgoBuy does not publish a separate service-fee schedule; what you pay is the product cost plus domestic and international freight, with your top-up method deciding the overhead. Balance top-ups via Alipay or WeChat Pay are fee-free and usually clear within 1–60 minutes, while PayPal and international cards carry the processor's 4.4% + $0.30 charge, and bank transfers convert to RMB at DgoBuy's unified exchange rate. DgoBuy itself recommends paying from balance to reduce exchange losses. The real cost sits in the price itself: in June 2026 checks DgoBuy displayed a higher CNY figure than the seller's own listing (a ¥580 Weidian item showed as ¥627.9, about +8%) before converting at roughly 6.45 CNY/USD, so the all-in markup worked out to about +14% versus the original price. Judge DgoBuy by the seller's CNY price, not the rate it displays. Warehouse QC is appearance-level: style, quantity, colour, size and outer-packaging damage are checked, every parcel is screened for restricted goods, and original courier boxes are removed with items repacked into self-sealing bags (fragile or oversized goods excepted). Sealed and electronic products are only checked externally — authenticity and internal function are explicitly out of scope. International freight is billed on the greater of actual versus volumetric weight, with a public freight estimator, an insurance-claims channel and a return service rounding out the after-sales side.

    What to weigh up

    What to check

    • Order-swapping risk has been flagged — verify the seller, item and order details before paying, and keep records.

    • High exchange-rate markup (13.94% over the interbank rate, June 2026).

    • Check DgoBuy's displayed item price against the original seller listing. In June 2026 checks, three Weidian items showed about 8–9% higher CNY prices before conversion, an estimated total difference of roughly 14% — a limited sample, not a universal fee claim.

    • QC is appearance-level only: sealed packages are not opened and electronics are not verified for authenticity or function.

    • PayPal and international card top-ups carry a 4.4% + $0.30 processor charge, which the platform itself advises avoiding.

    • International freight is billed on the greater of actual versus volumetric weight, so bulky light goods can cost far more than expected.

    • The domain was registered in November 2024, so the agent is new — start with a small order to test the workflow.

    What works well

    • No published service fee — the bill is product cost plus domestic and international freight.

    • Fee-free balance top-ups via Alipay and WeChat Pay, usually clearing within 1–60 minutes.

    • Coverage leans toward Taobao, Pinduoduo and JD.com, a different mix from the Weidian-first agents most spreadsheets are built around.

    • Image search lets you find an identical item from a photo when a product link is dead.

    • 90 days of warehouse storage makes it practical to build a multi-seller parcel before shipping.

    • Three free QC checks per item, plus a restricted-goods screen on every parcel.

    • Public freight estimator, insurance-claims channel and return service for after-sales.

    • English/Chinese interface with a multi-lingual support team and an AI assistant.

    Is DgoBuy legit?

DgoBuy is operational: the site runs, orders are placed, and warehouse and logistics services are genuinely offered. That is a different question from whether it is safe to hand a large budget to. Order-swapping has been flagged against the agent, so verify your seller, variant and order number before paying, keep screenshots and receipts, and treat the first few orders as a test. We placed and tested orders through DgoBuy ourselves, and this verdict comes from public data plus our own buying experience — no agent pays us for placement.

    Where DgoBuy is popular

United States 84.83% United Kingdom 13.46% That US-heavy split matters practically: English-language support is clearly the priority, and route options to North America are the most developed. Buyers shipping elsewhere should check line availability with the freight estimator before assuming a comparable service level.

    What you actually pay

Product cost + domestic freight + international shipping (billed on the greater of actual versus volumetric weight) + top-up fee: PayPal and cards 4.4% + $0.30, while Alipay and WeChat Pay are free. There is no separate published service fee. Add any duty or import tax charged in your own country, plus optional insurance.

    How we estimate DgoBuy prices

Each estimated item price is the source product price plus DgoBuy's 13.94% exchange-rate markup, which we measure ourselves or take from DgoBuy's published rate. It does not include international shipping, optional insurance, domestic reshipping or service fees unless the fact card above says otherwise. Coupon values may be threshold-gated, shipping-only or route-specific, so check current terms before ordering. Figures shown as of 2026-06.

    QC, warehouse and repacking limits

Every arriving parcel is checked for style, quantity, colour, size and outer-packaging damage, and screened for restricted goods. Original courier boxes are removed and items are repacked into self-sealing bags, with fragile or oversized goods excepted. Sealed and electronic products are inspected externally only — authenticity and internal function are explicitly out of scope, so no check will catch a non-working device inside a sealed box. Storage runs up to 90 days, which is enough time to gather several sellers' items into one shipment.

    International shipping and customs handling

Freight is billed on the greater of actual versus volumetric weight, so a large light parcel can cost much more than its scale weight suggests — run the public freight estimator before committing. Line options vary by destination, including door-to-door and pickup, and each line carries its own restricted-goods list. DgoBuy handles export paperwork at origin, but import duty and tax in your country are yours to pay. An insurance-claims channel and a return service cover problems after dispatch; confirm the declared value before the parcel leaves the warehouse.
